    Yep.  That's a home run - especially for a first brisket.  Just don't get complacent on the next one.  (Speaking for a friend...)

    That is bringing it home right there.  Nailed that cook.  Hope you kept some notes as repeatability with the brisket cook is where the challenge resides.
