Drumsticks

Picked up these babies for under $1 per pound - very large and meaty.  Rubbed with Dizzy Pig Wonder Bird.  Raised, direct, about 350 for a little over an hour.  Apple wood smoke.  I’ve wasted $ on quite a few cooking contraptions over the years, but I do like this one - holds a dozen, heat gets focused on the thickest part of the chicken, no need for flipping, rub/sauce doesn’t get rubbed off onto the grate, and it folds for storage.

Inspired by @DocObbins I finished with a glaze composed of Stubbs hot bbq sauce, Slap Yo Momma habanero sauce, and orange marmalade - quite tasty...
