Whole sea bass

Cooked up a sea bass from my trip the other day. Seasoned with some salt, pepper, thyme, a little bit of cayenne and a squeeze of fresh lime. Cooked at  350 for about 12 minutes total and I threw in maybe 4 or 5 larger alder chips right when I put it on and 3 more at the flip.  I love fresh fish, and this did not disappoint.
