Your pies always look delicious. I love pizza but have not been successfull on the egg and haven't been able to pull the trigger on a pizza oven but this wants me to change my mind.LGE Mechanicsville Va, XLGE Wake Va., LGE Duck NC.

I am about 2 weeks into the pizza oven game myself. Biggest issue so far is the dough recipe. I ordered Ken Forkish's "The Elements of Pizza" book that is set to arrive tomorrow. I'm hoping it will help me make my pizzas look like ones I see on this forum.St Marys, Ontario, Canada LBGE -
