skin grafted chicken

Wanted to try Chefsteps trussed chicken on my red neck XL rotisserie.  Was pissed that the bird was missing big chunk of skin below the neck, which kind of defeats the purpose of doing it Chefsteps way to protect the breast with skin. Tooth picks and excess skin from butt cavity came to the rescue...

Well done.  Looks like you got a 100% take - which is hard to do on a full thickness graft.

Well done - rotisserie is my favorite way to cook chicken (since I received one as a xmas gift).  Your’s looks fantastic.

Thanks, must admit other than rotisserie chicken, also plan to try rotisserie wings, I prefer cooking chicken in Traeger, for ease of use and less smokiness.
