Trimmed up a CAB full tenderloin yesterday. Cooked up 2 little steaks last night and sliced over a salad.
Saved the trimmings to grind up for burgers tonight. Damn they were good.

Intermission

Thank you,

LOL - Darian - BOTH that plate of nicely rare tenderloin slices and then those burgers ROCKED! Those burgers were on your Mini - not a Maxi-Mini...right?

We have gotten so adjusted to my smash burgers in a cast iron skillet so that I can further slightly toast and absorb the "grease" into the bun halves I'm not sure I can go back to direct grilling - BUT your burgers make me give it a return!

Those burgers almost look good enough to eat raw.
