Finishing on the Instant Pot (or some other pressure cooker)

I've been enlightened to a new technique that even surpasses "Brisket, how I do it" (AKA boil it).  This technique is pressure cooking your smoked meat.  Actually, any meat is fair game provided it fits in the pot.

The possibilities are endless.  Home made SPAM!  Creamy meat spreads.  Pate!  Meat Gruel!

Yum.

Please post your creations here.  Maybe we can figure out a prize and some voting process for the most meaty, spready, end product.  Or something to that nature.

really slumming it this week, 10 bucks makes 5 or 6 days worth of meat spread. boiled down ground pork butt and chops, a little cloves, allspice, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and bells turkey seasoning. kinda between spam and deviled ham spread but made with real ingrediants, my new boat food

I don’t know man, somehow a cheap Mexican beer distributed by Anheuser-Busch completes the picture.

Do taters count? Taters are pretty much roots and some folks refer to their meat as a root. So, do taters count?

These threads leave me confused - and later intoxicated...
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

That’s funny because I think it’s just the opposite for Nola.  He starts them while intoxicated and then later they leave him confused.
I'm always intoxicated and rarely confused, to set the record straight.
