My second favorite use of Pulled Pork is the loaded baked potato with pulled pork.

Had some vac sealed in the freezer from my last butt smoke.

    I think my favorite use is pulled pork pizza.  Then pulled pork nachos or eggrolls.

    Ahhh...pizza. Yes, I love PP pizza but I have not mastered Egg pizza and the last time I made pizza on my egg, I dropped my lid on the ground.

    PP leftovers are so good.  I like to vac seal a few bags each time I do them.  Sunday morning I had a scoop left in the fridge so I put it on a fried egg sandwich with cheese and Carolina mustard sauce.  best breakfast sandwich I have come up with so far. 
    1 large in challenger cart and 1 mini-max , too many dang accessories

    Try it in lieu of hot dog chili sometime. Add a little Bomba if you've got it!

    We typically do Cuban sandwiches with leftover pulled pork.  Last night we “attempted” pork fried rice on the Blackstone and pork dumplings in the bamboo steamer.  

    They tasted a lot better than they looked! 

    I’ll have to try pulled pork pizza and loaded baked potatoes though.  Those look incredible

    Same, we love doing pulled pork potatoes! Pork mac n cheese, pizza, Cubans, quesadillas, it’s all good. Ill have to try Benedict soon.
