I'll Steak My Reputation

It's a simple yet completely necessary Egg indulgence from time to time. A good steak dinner. 

The ribeyes are from 44Farms - they always do a great job.

Seasoned with a combination of Kent Rathbun S&P/garlic and InstantGourmet Awake A Steak.  I like the combination as the Rathbun gives them an extra kick of flavor. 

Medium Egg at about 400 and cooked for 7-8 minutes per side.

Tater and a salad and we are in dinner heaven!  Accompanied by baked potato, salad, and mushrooms roasted in red wine sauce.
