Saturday night Lisa made Short Rib Beef Stroganoff from Thomas Keller.

    Yeah...no Orange Theory. The (additional) sucky thing is that I gained some lbs between Thanksgiving - Christmas all the while my knee was getting worse, limiting my workouts. Then I had to shut it down in January 'cause too painful.

    Knee surgery in early Feb with a a few weeks rehab.

    I made it back to ONE class then BOOM, Cornoa Shutdown.

    I'm walking the neighborhood as much as possible but Imagitfat!

    Edited to add that, yes...we're "comforting" our selves in wine, spirits and food.

    Take out tonight from Fixx. Fried Chicken and biscuits.

    Anybody share with @caliking what happens when we eat like kings and do not burn the cals?

    I am doing a 5K/day being dragged the entire way by my Great Pyrenees, Rosé. Only thing keeping me from hitting 600.

    Today I made Shrimp Scampi on pasta, never made it before.  I took a pic, but something on the camera wasn't set right.  Also used some highly-expired "Better Than Bullion", so it wasn't the best dish....
