Chili cheese Taki burger

Starts with a toasted 7-inch torta bun. 1/2 pound ground Angus. Spicy chili, shredded cheddar, crushed Taki chips,chopped white onion, cilantro. A little mustard on the bottom bun and sour cream on the top.

Turned out better than expected. I will be making it again.

Takis are pure gas station food for me.  Only to be purchased and eaten as road trips in privacy of my car.  But I love them, this is a great idea.

I didn't think weed was legal in TX?

He has been eating that since he was 6 but I imagine that is probably in play from time to time these days. He’s a good kid though. Works hard and takes care of his schitt.
