Good call, you're right.  I bagged the soup while it was maybe 110F.  Stuck it in the freezer for a bit until it was cold, then sealed it.

I chopped up some bucatini.  I was making some pasta from scratch, but the dough fell apart...it was in the fridge a few days.  So I bailed and compromised.

That soup looks delicious -- and homemade noodles regardless of how they ended up there definitely takes it up another notch. Nice work.
