Pork Rib Help

I was invited to my sisters new place and was promptly volunteered to cook ribs tomorrow for the family. Here's the situation, she has some spices, a gasser, and an oven. I am trying to put together a seasoning and coming plan. Here are my thoughts.

 -  Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Any thing else?

 - wrap in foil and throw in the oven on 225° for a couple hours.

 - heat gasser, pull ribs from oven, lather in a Carolina BBQ sauce and throw on the grill to get some color.

Thoughts?

Does she have a pressure cooker by chance? 22-25 minutes in there with a cup of apple juice or even water, followed by sauce and 5-ish minutes under the oven broiler.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    Probably.

Here’s a rub that’s killer on pork ribs:

  • Thanks all, I think I can scrape together the rub and will let on the oven for most of the cook and then hit the grill for color and cook the BBQ sauce.
