OT - Neil Peart, drummer of Rush, dead

Lost one of the greats. 

Full disclosure: I was never a Rush fan. Could never get into prog-rock. Though their early stuff was not as progressive, their catalogue was not in my wheelhouse. That being said, I can fully appreciate Neil’s incredible talent, as well as that of the entire group. I studied music alongside one of Neil’s biggest fans.

Love me some early Rush - saw them in concert several times in the late 70s/early 80s, and once in the mid-90s for the “Roll The Bones” tour.

Sad to hear Neil is dead.
