Crab stuffed mushrooms and peppers !

Stuffed some portobello mushrooms and sweet peppers with this mixture:

1 can (6 ounces) crab meat, drained

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

1.5 tsp Tony Chachere's seasoning

2-3 portobello mushroom caps, stems removed and finely chopped

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

Indirect, 350, for 20 minutes or until brown on top.

It was totally awesome, but I made stuffed sweet peppers with a cream cheese and bacon recipe last weekend and thought they had more flavor....  maybe I need to use bacon AND crab next time !
