    I had these guys make custom boards for our tables - https://www.cuttingboardcompany.com/customcuttingboards/

    They were pretty pricey, but awesome for keeping everything on the surface, rather than having multiple dudes trying to avoid the edge of the board, or pig bits slipping off.
