    I agree with you SGH, whatever he makes with them will probably have me drooling on my keyboard. I just am happy to have given him a start down that particular rabbit hole.

    XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

    @Eggdicted_Dawgfan - Thank you for bringing this cook back to the top page. I went back and reread the thread. Really enjoyed the work and documentation @SciAggie did for this meal. Those tortillas you made with the Masienda flour looked legit.
