Kamado Cooking for work.

We had a bring in at work on Wednesday...I was asked to make pulled pork for about 25.  Tuesday it was a little nippy, but temps held steady and I was sleep until 2:30am when my alarm went off because it was time to wrap.   At 7am they were a perfect 195...a few extra layers of foil and a few towels in the RTIC and they were piping hot at the noon service.  

Little Chef had school so she wasn’t thrilled as she couldn’t come in and make the sandwiches for everyone...but she was excited  to hear everyone liked her homemade mop/bbq sauce.
