  • So sad. I saw his thread about coming out to Austin and commented on it not realizing this had happened.

  • Sad indeed....It is kind of strange how we leave such a digital footprint that remains after we go. All the "real life" stuff is forgotten after a generation. The digital life remains...

I guess the longer you hang here, the closer you get to people that you have never met, that feel like family.
Life is short even if it sometimes feels like it’s dragging. Get out there and be happy!
Do what you need to do in your life to be happy. You are the only one who will regret not doing it.
So true. I appreciate the friends I've made and met here. They have proven time and again that BBQ people are the best people.

RIP Tim. I didn't know you personally as such, but wish I had.

I am certainly sorry to hear of his passing. I never had the pleasure of meeting him but I spoke to him many times through the years by PM’s and texts. He certainly seemed like one of the good guys. He will be missed greatly.

I’m very sad to hear of his passing and at such a young age. I enjoyed his post on visiting Franklin’s.

Tim was the very first person I communicated with on the forum.  We shared a love for BBQ and Angels Baseball.  I’m shocked and sorry to hear of his passing.  Rest in Paradise SoCal Tim!!!
