Seemed like a good night for paella. Had extra mussels, so direct grilled them for a snack.

Oh. My. Goodness. I have a weakness for paella. That’s enough for a single serving for me thank you very much.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Any night that ends in y is a good night for paella.

@CPARKTX thanks for the info. You may be able to use an air chisel to take out the rivets (taking care not to scratch the steak much) or, for a tougher approach, use an angle grinder. Or just leave it as is 😊DFW - 1 LGBE & Happy to Adopt More...

That's a beautiful cook. I agree with @NorthPilot06 there's not much you can't cut through with an angle grinder and an abrasive cutoff wheel
