is ill bIt is within driving distance and it would sure be fun to watch. Just a couple of problems, I will be at a work seminar in Mobile on that day, and I am not up to that standard of competition. It would be fun to go and win with SGH's appetizer or Mickey's coffee rub though. Any chance that this will be televised?

I don’t know if I have what it takes or not. But it being in my neck of the woods I would certainly like to give it a go. It would be fun win, lose or draw.
I know that taste is subjective, but I feel like myself or brother @nolaegghead could give anyone more than a run for their money cooking oysters. If I was home I would try to talk him into us going and giving it a shot. Unfortunately I am a little to far from home to attend. No land in sight my friends.

Can you imagine charbroiled oysters seasoned with the juice from cooking SGH's appetizer?

I think I'd rather go and enjoy the scenery than participate, lol.
