Bachelorette Party in New Orleans

Wife is in charge of planing Bachelorette party.  It’s her sister getting married, who is 32 and likes to drink & have fun.  The party is set for next March, and my wife is hoping to rent a house for ~15 girls.  She is clueless on N.O., so told her I would post her to see if anyone had opinions or how to get started, where to rent, etc.  Thanks in advance !

I had my bachelor party in New Orleans. Highly recommended. I think I slept 4 hours in 4 days.

Some recommendations:

Atchafalaya for a fancy dinner.

Maple Leaf for local music. Actually, you should organize a big portion of the trip around music imo.

Cafe Du Monde for beignets and chicory coffee

One of my favorite things about New Orleans was how friendly the locals were to me and my crew. At every chance, people would ask what we had done and what we still wanted to see/do and then they would recommend places for us to try out. I realized that as a town based on tourism and recovering from Katrina, everyone there is incentivized for the tourists to have a good time and tell their friends about it. That really impressed me.

I can't help with where to stay but I was in New Orleans in June, and had a really great brunch at Cane & Table. Small menu but all really well done, and great cocktails.
