The University of Kentucky Football Wildcats makes me drink bourbon slushies to get through the season.
There will be smoked sweet thai chili wings, brisket chili, beef ribs, pork ribs, peach pork butts, brisket, smoked brisket lazagna, tenderloin sliders with a bleu cheese sriracha sauce on kings rolls, smoked sausages, stuffed mushrooms, prime rib, pork belly tacos.
And lest we forget, a trip to an obscure bowl, somewhere in cold weather, playing Nobody State.
Actually I have no idea how UK will do this season, having lost 5 players to the NFL from a very rare 10-3 season.
The over/under is 6.5 games this year, with 8 games at home....thinking they might do ok, but who knows? I am betting the over.

Nothing to start off, but I have somethings planned for Sep 7th. That day starts with Army beating Michigan at noon, followed by Nebraska beating Colorado at 3:30, and Texas beating LSU in the evening. I'll have some things going most of the day until LEO kicks in.

Oh yea, SEC thread. I had a soft spot for the Gators being the closest SEC school to us growing up. My brother is coming over tomorrow for the game and some Egg’d baby backs and other goodies.
