Finally figured out how to grill onion evenly without falling apart like Olympic rings...

That’s a great idea - I often lose one or two rings to the Rockwood God’s when just throwing them on sliced. I’ve always consider it seasoning my lump - but will be skewering like this going forward. ThxMemphis, TN

Didn't pay attention to time/temp, just aimed for char and caramelization. Onion done on flipped Grillgrate, some veg done on Blackstone IIRC. Yes, thanks for pointing out the important step. I skewered at the equator first, then the top and bottom layers. You can also double skew each layer to avoid spinning.lkapigian said:@Canugghead, you skewer then cut?canuckland
