Sous vide, roccbox, bbq guru, tip top temp, smobot, thermoworks, @RRP gasket replacement process, SRF, KCBS, Restaurant Depot, Otto Wilde, and so many more techniques that allowed me to up my game it is incredible

Nice @NDG we found Schumans meats on Harrisburg pike the other day, nice butcher. Also picked up the reggulator from Specialty Gas, cool egg dealer!South of Columbus, Ohio.

Schumans ok I’ll check it out. Yes speciality gas is great, best wood selection & prices I have found. They move lots of BGE product so they make the warranty claim process easy . . If ever needed.Columbus, OH
