SWMBO just informed me we have 8 family members coming to for dinner tonight, and I get to cook!
Love the opportunity, but looking for ideas. We just did Hamburgers and roasted corn on Sunday, so need some new ideas that won't take several hours to smoke.
GO!

Pork loin...or several pork tenderloins, plus veggies and taters. We love mac and cheese with pork; however, your bride may not let you serve that to company!

$200?? Easy, 2 A5 Wagyu Ribeyes split 10 ways. That or maybe just some grilled chicken breast each with a different spice rub and fingerling potatoes in a cast iron skillet with Garlic, butter, and Rosemary.

Do you have a wok? Blackstone?
Stir fry is fun and quick.
I dabbled with pad thai last week on Blackstone and I felt it was above average.Large, Medium, MiniMax, & 22, and 36" Blackstone

Sorry I didn't get back sooner - crazy week-end
THANKS FOR THE IDEAS!!!
Anyway - SWMBO decided it would be.......Boneless chicken breast and thighs. Not very exciting, but it was very easy to do.
I think Pork Tenderloins would have been the next option.
Fajitas would have required marinading, and did not have time to buy, prep and use.
No Wok or Blackstone, so Thai was a no go.
Hot dogs would not have worked with this group - not healthy (to them - not me - love me some hot dogs!)
THANKS AGAIN FOR THE SUGGESTIONS
