Low Carb On The Cheep, pic heavy

Boned some legs



Soaked them in a little Tequila (all out of Dry Sherry), lemon juice, garlic, soy, Tarragon and the house rub.



Threw them on the Medium and sauced them.


Served with just a salad no carbs, sorry.

  • Very nice. Some good Japanese steel there as well. Do I spot a Takeda in the salad pic? My Takeda is my favourite of my four Japanese blades (and should be, given the price!!).

    That's a Ko-Sasa, my only Takeda, he does a great job with heat treats, screaming sharp. The little blue steel Shun at the top is a fun blade too.
