What to do with the left overs from an expensive cut....soup.  Actually really good.

    That is a beautiful and tasty looking cook of repurposed protein.
    I do the same thing. I freeze leftovers and make soups and chili. They typically are some of my most favorite meals we make.
    Always starting with my holy trinity of EVOO, garlic and onions.

    I do the same, save up the left overs and then make it in the instant pot. If you haven’t made soup in the ip your in for a treat!

    Seasoning.  Never look too close at the ingredients label.
