Pulled pork nachos

Multigrain chips, yesterday’s pulled pork (Egg’d), lots of green onions and extra old cheddar. Cooked in the oven (cheating, I know), then smothered in homemade bbq sauce. Served with sour cream, homemade guac and my brother-in-law’s homemade hot sauce.

Something about this combo - my wife and I agreed these were our favourite nachos ever. My five year old is eating them up.
