I need some help. I just over and lost my rib rack and have not purchased a bi level means of cooking yet. Any way to get 3 racks of ribs on a large egg without having to cut them in half or anything? Thanks!

Overlap on 45* angles if you have to separate using foil balls. Just rotate ever so often.

You can run skewers through them with foil balls between and cook them like in a rib rack. I know this is a poor explanation .. look at the pic at the end of this thread.

Roll them up tight and run a skewer through them. Should be able to fit three."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
