Searing up the scallops in the hot wok

Removed scallops and in went the garlic and ginger to get all smelly happy before the Bok Choy went in

Then the red peppers and return of the scallops

Added the spicy bean paste, chicken stock and soy sauce

Plated with basmati rice. Not my best plating effort.

Thanks for looking

Crushing it these days. Great cook right there. Scallops for the win!
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
On a roll brother.... looks greatCharlotte, NC - Large BGE 2014, Maverick ET 733, Thermopen, Nest, Platesetter, Woo2 and Extender w/Grid, Kick Ash Basket, Pizza Stone, SS Smokeware Cap, Blackstone 36"

You can hold the mud diggers but bok choy is the best veggie there is, IMO. Stir fry it with anything, add a dash of fish sauce and any stir fry sauce you like and away you go. nice looking mud diggers and a great wok cook.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

That looks great to me. Mrs Kayak doesn't like bok choy, peppers don't like her, and rice is too 'pointy' in WW world. Sigh...

Good job but you need to rotate that plate 45 degrees.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
