Hopefully they have more brisket than the aggressively trimmed ones. I think this is meant to indicate the standard trim which is fine.

    Yes. I've bought all of that stuff at those prices and always feel like I got a deal.


    And at that price I don't mind paying for the bone on the tomahawk because it does add to the presentation.

    Went to HEB last weekend and somehow the butcher rang up the prime boneless ribeyes for only $9.99 (the price label showed the right item) even though the sign said $15.99. I also had a digital coupon for $5 off $20 of meat, so I made out like a pirate.
