Beef Tendetloin and True Garden Salad

A buddy hooked me up with a prime beef tenderloin which I cooked reverse sear. Salad with mainly stuff from the garden, plus a volunteer carrot that somehow grew in the yard and we accidentally found while pulling weeds.
