That is a killer sandwich. There are so many things I won't order in a restaurant now that I've found the egg, and this may be the next.

@Sammi thanks, i had to think back to what i did. Just garlic powder, black pepper, and a little Southern flavor. I typically use a "gunpowder" type seasoning from a local butcher but was out and went with the Southern instead.
With that being said, i rotate spices constantly and a garlic/jalapeno rub has gotten a ton of use this past week. Picked it up at the beach. It is going on the next sandwich.
