Dehydrator Fun

Been making various salts , rubs etc...started dehydrating the mash from my ferments and mixing them with kosher salt...makes a great salt...Had an extra jar of Garlic Chili Paste 

Spread 1 jar on Silicon mat


Dehydrate 120 for about 6 hours..,long enough to where you can peel the sauce off the mat and flip, dehydrate another couple hours 



Break into small pieces and blend...mix 50/50 with kosher salt


Makes 2 woozey bottles ...t...the small hole in the top is just the right size for shaking
