Article says a faulty propane tank is the likely culprit. Just another reason to avoid cooking with gas.

seen a two story house do that once, something you never forget. still remember the roof on fire shooting across the boulevard then across a good sized river, it really got some distance. go gas and go booooom

If you slow scrub it, you can see what appears to be air right above the ground outside the trailer igniting before the trailer. Propane must have filled up the parking lot.
