I had a surprise package today when I got home. I'm not real sure who sent it, but it's clearly from Amazon.

Anyways, I remember getting into a pretty passionate thread about lump on a fb group about 6 months ago where I very strongly stood by RW and there was a very passionate Fogo member. Maybe that's it... Anyways, I'll use it for sure.

Has anyone else every something like this happen to them?

Nice. Can't say I have ever had that happen. What's attached to the bag?  Some kind of starter?

New to Fogo myself. Burns clean, not a whole lot of smoke, huge chunks of lump and FULL bags of charcoal. Starters work exceptionally well.

Nice to know. I'm team Rockwood through and through, but I'll use this for sure. Hard to imagine anything burning cleaner than @stlcharcoal

Something similar, sorta:  it was last summer, and someone had left a German chocolate cake on my front step (I think I even posted about it).  Sadly the magpies got to it before I did, but even more sadly/creepy/confusing is, I still don't know who left it there.  
I don't think the magpies would've bothered the FOGO (that WBAGNFARB!)

Somebody left a sack of dog food on my front porch after Katrina. I guess I was working so many hours that they thought she was abandoned. She was actually well fed with a better grade of dog food. I ended up using it for the "office dog" that decided to set up residence at work.

The case has been cracked. I did some work on a friends PC last week, he tried to pay me, but I declined so he sent this. Pretty good score for 20 minutes of work.

Creepy stalker status avoided!

Just checked the prices of Fogo on Amazon...I think the only way I would try it is if a secret admirer sends me a bag. I recall at one time it was reasonable but now it is like $2 a lb.

Thats a nice gift!! 

I came home late one night, parked in the garage, didn't get out until after the light went off. In the dark, I got about 6 feet from the side door and tripped on some thing large and nearly fell down. It was a set of lightly used tires.

After some prodding, I found out it was an anonymous gift from a coworker who had a set that fit my van and knew I needed them. I was very grateful for the gift!!

Fogo is good stuff. I bought a couple of hundred pounds of it when it was much cheaper, but it’s above my pay grade now.
