Thank you for all the nice comments! I really appreciate them. It was a labor of love, however, the success I had I owe to all of you. I learned about all these dishes and the techniques to be successful from the members here who post their cooks. I have learned a lot from others successes, and even more from their failures. So I encourage everyone to post their cooks wether good, bad, simple or complex.
I will post up our adventures more this summer. I did not do such a good job last summer.--------------------------------------------------

Professional?? If so, I would starve! Recreational only, but a lot of big game. Offshore fishing is serious stuff because so much can go wrong in such a short amount of time. Degloved finger because line wrapped around it, gaffs and human skin are not good, and a thrashing marlin boat side can cause a bad day with a single the shake of its head. The white stringy stuff is Armenian string cheese. I did not make any of the cheeses.--------------------------------------------------
