Morning All:

Did a slab of beef ribs yesterday...seasoned with salt & Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks...onto the Egg at about 200...


Dome temp stayed below 250-260 the entire 4+ hours cooking with a little hickory for smoke...ready to come off with some major pull-back on the bones...


Sliced for serving...


Very tender & delicious!
