I indirect smoked at 200 degrees for a couple hours then reversered seared. Used Mickeys coffee rub. Turned out great. Comments

They actually where not expensive. Got them at WinnDixie in a vacuumed pack. It said it was “tenderloin butt”. They naturally had areas to separate into small loins once trimmed up.
