Love mine!  Use it for smoking cheese and hard boiled eggs (I Instant Pot them first, then slice and smoke)- but I know a lot of guys use it for bacon, too.  Which I might do sometime soonish...

Had a buddy with a Traegor share about a pound of each species of pellets with me to get me started.  And then the wife found like an 18# bag of "competition blend" pellets - I'm set for smoking a LOT of cheese for a while...
