I did the spiral rib set-up 2005 or so. What I found was hard to sauce or foil. Ribs a little difficult to handle or move around during the cook. Air movement over/through ribs was a little uneven.

Would be fun/interesting to hang two or three of these horizontally in a Pit Barrel Cookercanuckland

I was definitely hoping for a different theme

All I’ll say is that I meant no harm by my post. Welcome to the forum, friend. -
Like most gimmicks available for the BGE, I have one. It looks like a great idea on its face, but the one time that I used mine I found that the extra thick ribs were too close together, resulting in them actually touching one another, creating thicker places and making them cook slower than the ones that didn't touch one another. It's also a pain to clean too.Tampa Bay, Florida

@tamck1 Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey. Above all, have fun. Whatever works to get the results is all that matters.
