Loving some Spatchcock Chicken

Options
Cooked up some Spatchcock chicken with one of my favorite seasons - Jack Stack Barbecue Meat & Poultry KC Barbecue Rub.  VERY happy with the flavor. Really simple 375-400 degree direct cook. Started skin side down for about 15-20 minutes. Once you have some browning to the skin, flip and finish the cook (165 Internal temp).  Give this method a try with your favorite seasoning.  Thanks for looking...
