Salmon baby yeah :)
Salmon for dinner last night. Kept it simple with some olive oil and dizzypigbbq raging river rub. 375 for 18 minutes on the xl. Lip smackin good

The single best way to prepare salmon. I wouldn’t change a single thing. I like mine a little rarer, but that is personal preference. DP RR is the bomb on salmon among other things. Bravo!

It’s hard to beat Raging River on planked salmon. One thing I do is grill some lemon halves and then squeeze the lemon over the salmon right before eating. Great looking cook!1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC
My dog thinks I'm a grilling god.
