Looks good, not tried it with onions yet, this will be corrected soon . I made one with some smoked pancetta and Dizzy Pig Shakin' the Tree rub a while ago, turned out rather nicely.

There’s an episode of Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat - the Salt one, I think - on Netflix in which they make a killer-looking focaccia. They actually put salt water in craters they form on the top of the bread. Check it out.
