Want LAD to win, but Sox are just out playing them.

Been to Wrigley, Busch, and Chase a bunch of times, been to Chavez Ravin once.. Chavez is my favorite.

Not all still in use, but for me it’s Candlestick, ATT, Oakland, Chavez, Anaheim, Jack Murphy, Chase, Coors, Wrigley, Minute Maid.

love ATT and Coors.  Wrigley is cool, but cramped and uncomfortable.  Chavez was great in its day.
    Love you bro!

Love Giants stadium. Great setting and the food in that park is spectacular. The Gilmore Garlic Fries we had while there, were pretty darn tasty.
Oh yeah whoever the Giants were playing that night, turned out to be a good game.
    Whatever.

I just want a series with some drama...seven games down to the bottom of the 9th full count two outs and you bring in randy Johnson on one day of rest to put away the Yankees....oh wait that was 2001 series and I was lucky enough to be at games 1 and 7 and get my picture in SI catching Craig counsel game 1 hr ball....

Dumb luck, lotsa fun Diamondbacks win!    Haven't been relevant since...oh well....

Been to many MLB stadiums myself (Fenway is still on the list to see).  While I enjoyed Wrigley, my personal favorite has and will always be Old Tiger Stadium.  Haven’t experienced anything quite like that.  Beautiful.

I love to watch games at both parks. Beautiful layouts. TV only. Never been to either.

Many games at Wrigley. Another great park.

    Sox just scored.

I’ve been to a few games at Wrigley - love that ballpark.  I’ve even watched a game from one of the rooftops just outside of the stadium.  The views weren’t great but I did get stand-up fall-down drunk, so there’s that.

Fenway is the park I’ve been to most.  It’s a great place to see a game.  Historic park, and the fans are so knowledgeable and actually pay attention to the game.
I agree with your later points, but it should be noted that it is slightly less comfortable than a seat in coach.

PNC is probably the nicest park I've been to - it is a great park and has a great location within the city.  Camden Yards is the park I've been to the most, and it still holds up really well and shows why it was such a model for the park boom of the past 25 or so years.  I really like that Nationals Park didn't go for brick like so many of the other newer parks, it looks like it really belongs with the rest of DC's architecture.  Citizens Bank is nice, but I hate how they have the stadium strip and how far out of Philly center it is.

Olympic (in Montreal) was the worst I've ever visited, slightly ahead of RFK.  Shea wasn't great either.  Old Yankee Stadium was great for the history.

I hope you guys didn't miss the chance to visit "The Dome" before they tore it down for Target Field. What a dump. Nothing like outdoor baseball. Now if the Twins could only put a team together. They just named 37 year old Rocco Baldelli their new head coach a few minutes ago that has little professional coaching experience. Fingers crossed on this one....

drinking in the fenway bleachers was never the same after they removed the porcelain troughs, now the mens room has lines out the door, the bleachers are family/kid friendly, no more throwing knives at the yankees strawberry, no more yankees suck/jeter swallows chants....the place has gone down hill =)=)=)

Wish the Dodgers would win, but the Sox are just to good.  Not gonna happen.  A sweep wouldn't surprise me at all, but I'll say the Dodgers get one and lose the series in five.

I’d be surprised if they didn’t.  But it’s still early in this game.

  • Anybody else irritated by these in-game, between batters, commercials? They were showing one after what seemed like every other batter on Wednesday night. I guess there weren’t enough pitching changes in the game.

That is a new Fox thing I think.  In a few years the batters will be displaying ads on their jerseys while they’re at the plate.
