Beer Bottle Burgers

Better to use a bottle, as you can enjoy the contents as you build them.  Had some extra bacon and just wrapped it around them.  Can you ever have too much bacon?

I like how heavy handed you were with the cheese.  The beer bottle doesn't look empty.  Were you actively drinking the beer while forming the patties?

Yep.  Just ate one.   The wife is out of town, and she tends to say my beer can burger have too much meat, so I thought it was a good time to enjoy them while she is gone.  The blue cheese was the kicker.   The beer, actually several, are now empty.

Power is back- to celebrate making the beer bottle burgers. Stuffed mine with feta, mushrooms, pepperoni and topped with a little Gouda. Hope they turn out as well as yours.

Okay- these things are awesome. Topped mine with claussen burger pickles and Dijon mustard to keep it low carb.

    They look great.
Are they cooked indirect? and what egg temp did you use?

I've got to give these a try.

Yes, indirect at around 350.  Takes awhile, around an hour, as there is a lot of meat to cook
