Gulf to Table - Dinner Tonight

We ran out of gulf shores a few weeks ago and brought back some triggerfish and mingo snapper. I grilled up some shrimp to make a shrimp cream sauce, then I blackened some of the snapper and triggerfish on the egg, direct @ 400. The wife wanted her's grilled instead. Black beans and rice (with some lime juice) as a side along with some Hawaiian rolls! Oh and sweet tea of course.
