Beer Dinner

Hosted a fun event that raised money for my kids’ school. 5 course dinner for 10 with beer pairings from a local brewing company in Milwaukee. Not all of it created on the egg but it was in the mix! Here are some highlights -

Smoked salmon off the egg with creme fraiche and chives

Costco prime NY strip steaks trimmed and portioned

Scallops in the Fontana WFO

Homemade sausage from Sausagefest in August
GoodCity Brewing Detail Porter

Bourbon barrel aged stout ice cream. No pic of the flat bread but I know everyone has seen a few pics of pork belly burnt ends ;). All in all a great event- tons of prep work but satisfying to pull it off. Cheers!

@The_Stache  The first pic has all the beers listed below the food they were paired with. We tried to pair beers that complimented the food well or helped to showcase a specific flavor.
