    WOW those are nice! What brand of ribs are you using as they look pretty meaty. I've tried Smithfield premium and are pretty happy with them.

    These were St Louis Spares from my local H.E.B. The brand was their all natural, no hormones, etc. Can't remember the exact brand.

    Turbo for just over 2 hours.

    Used the Flameboss 200 that I bought in a parking lot from @20stone

    Not truly necessary but just trying to get used to using it. 

    Worked great while I took a quick nap!
